• Track usage and analytics

3. User Accounts

To use our Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Free Trial and Payment

We offer a 7-day free trial period. After the trial period:

• You must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service
• Billing will commence automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Distribute malicious software or harmful content
• Engage in spam, phishing, or other fraudulent activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

• DAMAGES EXCEEDING THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS

You agree to indemnify and hold ansley harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time:

• You may cancel your account through your account settings
• We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease
• We may retain data as required by law or our retention policies

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where ansley is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
